2. Communications and Notices

  • By submitting an inquiry, form, or request for service, you authorize GeoHome to contact you via phone calls, emails, SMS, or digital messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) in accordance with the applicable communication and data protection laws of the UAE.
  • You may request to stop receiving such communications at any time by officially notifying the company through our contact channels.
  • GeoHome reserves the right to send notices, updates, or promotional information through your provided contact details without requiring prior consent, provided that all communication complies with applicable laws.
  • You hereby acknowledge and agree to receive communications from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM UAE time regarding your inquiries, ongoing projects, or other related services.

3. Modifications and Updates

GeoHome reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions or its Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any updates will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of GeoHome’s website or services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

4. Copyrights and Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, icons, data, graphics, and design elements, is the exclusive property of GeoHome and is protected under UAE and international copyright and intellectual property laws. The “GeoHome” name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent. All content is provided for personal and non-commercial use. GeoHome collects, stores, and processes client and user information in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). 6. Payments and Refunds (if applicable)

If any of GeoHome’s services require payment or deposits, all fees shall be paid as agreed and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement between GeoHome and the Client.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You agree to use GeoHome’s website and services at your own risk. GeoHome, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
